Hi! I’m Garric Vosloo,
I struggled with fatigue and exhaustion for the first 15 years as a health professional.
I would fall asleep at work, watching sporting events, and after most meals. So I looked for any opportunity to take a nap, between clients, at home, and even while visiting friends. It wasn't charming, but it was the only way I could cope.
It was not until I started understanding the how and why of health issues that I realized how to improve my energy levels.
This new way of thinking led me to a new approach to helping my clients.
Fast Track another 10+ years, and at the age of 50, I have more energy than ever before. I run a highly successful Functional Medicine mentoring program for health professionals worldwide. In addition, I do Mountain bike and gravel bike racing ten times per year, training every day, all while keeping up with two busy teenagers and an amazing wife.
It is now my mission to help those with fatigue and exhaustion reach high levels of energy to achieve all their personal and career goals.
